Retired footballer Tinashe Nengomasha and ex-wife Samantha Mtukudzi were back again in court today after the two failed to agree on the value of their Hillside property.

Nengomasha had filed an urgent chamber application to stop Samantha from selling saying she had undervalued the property.

The pair’s divorce was finalised last year with Nengomasha being awarded custody of their two minor children.

Samantha demanded their maltese dog and saloon equipment while Nengomasha got two vehicles.

They were ordered to sell their Hillside property and share the proceeds equally.

However, Nengomasha claims they have failed to agree on the actual value of the property and is also accusing Samantha of neglecting their children.

He told the court that Samantha is not taking care of the children after they were each ordered to pay US$50 towards maintenance per child every month.

Samantha was granted access to have the children every weekend, during public holidays and half of every school holiday.
