THE past weekend was action packed in the Bulawayo Christian League with six matches being played. Sangano Revapostori continued their winning ways by beating Famona Tigers by 3-2.
A brace by Watson Ndaba and a Godwill Ndlovu goal guaranteed Sangano Revapostori victory to push their points tally to 27 out of 10 games and in the process opening an eight-point gap from second placed FOG Stars Entumbane.
Sikhumbuzo Mhlanga of Brethren-in-Christ Central, who scored a brace against St Peter’s Njube, is the leading goal scorer with 10 goals.
Elsewhere, the Word of Life Nkulumane continued its losing streak going down 1-2 to House of Prayer. Word of Life Nkulumane has not won a single match from the nine they have played, losing eight and drawing one.
