NEW Zealand Test cricket captain Mitchell Santner says Zimbabwe’s hospitality has been nothing short of “outstanding”, making their month-long tour one to remember.
The Black Caps, in the country for close to a month, thrilled fans in a T20I triangular series in Harare with South Africa and Zimbabwe before sealing a 2-0 Test win over the Chevrons at Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.
“It has been outstanding,” Santner said. “The boys really loved it – from Harare to the golf courses, the safari… everything. The hospitality helped us relax and it definitely boosted our performance.”
From buzzing city vibes to serene greens and wild safari adventures, Santner says Zimbabwe delivered memories worth keeping.
His remarks add to growing praise for Zimbabwe’s tourism and hospitality sector, which continues to win over visiting sports teams and tourists alike.
