It was a night of glitz and glamour at the Edgars Fashion Extravaganza ‘Summer in the City’ launch last Friday at Meikles hotel where a huge turnout of fashion writers, bloggers, models, designers and celebrities were in attendance.
The launch saw prolific international acclaimed South African designer David Tlale showcasing some of his range supported by other local designers brands like K7 , Dolly Victoria Jennings and Kaisan.
The show also saw a bevy of professional, prominent, catwalk and runway models strutting their stuff. Among them were Malaika Mushandu, Samantha Tshuma, Emily Kachote, Hilda Mabu, Tinotenda Mujoni, Micheal Jacobsen and Rumbidzai Majero among others.
The event, which started with mix and mingle time before the runway of the show, was organised by Edgars Zimbabwe.
Some of the prominent faces at the event included Glo Diamond, Rahimma Mohammed, Daniella Allen, Coco, Hollywood Lee, Cindy Munyavi, Craig Zoowie and Kelvin Zhou among others.
Some designs in David Tlale’s range will be in Edgars Zimbabwe starting this season.
