SAUDI Arabia Pro League has honoured Knowledge Musona after he finished the season with the most assists.
The Al Tai forward registered eight assists and was tied with Al-Shabab FC midfielder Hattan Bahebri.
His first six assists came during the remainder of the 2021/22 season, while the remaining two were registered in the final week of December.
The last two contributions happened in successive games played on December 26 and 31.
Meanwhile Musona could play against Cristiano Ronaldo in his first appearance since moving to Saudi Arabia.
The Portuguese superstar completed his transfer to top-flight club Al Nassr on Friday.
He signed a contract up to June 2025 and will be paid more than €200 million per year.
Following the completion of the transfer, Ronaldo could make his debut in Al Nassr’s first game of 2023, a home game against Musona’s Al Taai today.
