Schoolgirl goes missing

A 13-year-old girl has gone missing after she was allegedly sent back home by school authorities to collect her fees receipt.

Samantha Manyevere from Runyararo West in Masvingo was last seen on March 9.

Her brother, Freddy Manyevere, told H-Metro that they reported a missing person’s case at Chikato Police Station.

“Samantha learns at Vision Academy where she is doing Form One.

“She was supposed to come back from school at 11am, but she was asked to leave at 10am to collect her fees receipt,” he said.

He said she was reported to have left the school alone.
