Scottland FC joins nation in mourning Highlanders executives

SCOTTLAND FC president, Honourable Pedzai “Scott” Sakupwanya, and the entire club have joined the Zimbabwean football fraternity in mourning the tragic deaths of Highlanders Football Club chairman Kenneth Mhlophe, vice chairman Sifiso “Fiso” Siziba and treasurer Nkani Khoza.

The three senior Highlanders administrators lost their lives in a devastating road traffic accident on Thursday night, sending shockwaves across the country’s football community.

In a condolence message, Scottland FC expressed its sorrow over the loss of the three club leaders, describing it as a tragedy for Highlanders and Zimbabwean football.

“Scottland FC president, Honourable Pedzai ‘Scott‘ Sakupwanya and everyone at the club mourns the tragic demise of Highlanders Football Club Chairman Kenneth Mhlophe, Vice Chairman Fiso Siziba, and Treasurer Nkani Khoza.

“The three distinguished administrators lost their lives in a devastating road accident last night.

“May their souls rest in peace,” the club said.

Tributes have continued to pour in from across the football fraternity, with clubs, administrators, players and supporters paying homage to the three executives for their dedicated service to Highlanders FC and the development of Zimbabwean football.
