A SHAMVA man attacked and killed his wife on Sunday after she found some love messages between him and their neighbour’s wife.
Oscar Chigande’s wife had exposed the romantic WhatsApp text messages to their neighbour, Forbes.
The wife sustained two deep cuts on the head.
She was initially admitted to a local hospital in Shamva but was later transferred to Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals, where she died.
The police are now looking for Chigande in connection to the murder, which occurred in Sika Village, under Chief Musana.
National police spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, confirmed the case.
“The suspect allegedly attacked his wife with an unknown object over an undisclosed issue.
“The victim sustained two deep cuts on the head.”
