TWO siblings were back at the Harare Civil Court as their fight over their late sister’s residential stand escalated.
Tiana and Kudakwashe Rwambiwa appeared in court last year when the former sought a protection order against her brother, which she was granted.
Yesterday, it was Kudakwashe who was seeking a protection order against his sister, accusing her of misusing her protection order.
The siblings stay at their late sister’s stand which they demarcated.
“She was granted an order against me after submitting false claims and little did l know that she wanted to misuse it.
“She trespassed into my yard and took my crops, claiming I don’t know the boundary.
“She threw bricks at me with her child and husband, and the neighbours came to my rescue.
“I went to the police for a report to go to the clinic for treatment, but did not press charges since we’re family,” he said.
Tiana countered that she was the one being abused by Kudakwashe.
“He abuses me. He came to harvest my crops and beat me up.
“We are neighbours, but he refuses to live peacefully.
Magistrate Tamara Chibindi granted the protection order in Kudakwashe’s favour.
