PORK trotters are relatively easy to prepare.
They require less time to cook and are loved by many — both men and women.
Preparing options differ but I prefer slow cooking.
I also do not like adding too much water as this may compromise taste.

Here is an easy-to-follow recipe that you can try at home.
Requirements
Trotters, washed and cut;
Two medium tomatoes;
One medium onion;
Cooking oil;
Mixture of spices;
Salt to taste
Directions
- Blend tomatoes and onions.
- Put oil in a pan, fry the tomatoes and onions and add a pinch of salt. Introduce the trotters and mix them with the tomato soup.
- Add a bit of water at a time until the trotters begin to produce a thick soup. Add more salt and 50 grammes of vegetable soup and leave to simmer.
- Taste for doneness and serve with a starch of your choice.
Cook’s note:
For variation, you can mix with leafy greens or sugar beans. Enjoy! — bigbite
