The Zimbabwe-Singapore business forum is aimed at fostering an investment relationship with one of the fastest growing economies in the world.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce is co-ordinating the meeting in partnership with the Ministry of Economic Planning and Investment Promotion, Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce and the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries.
In a statement, the Zimbabwe-Singapore forum said the business exchange forum would be held in the capital with local captains of industry and commerce invited to participate.
Economic sectors expected at the business meeting include agriculture, agro-processing, clothing and textiles, consumer electronics, food and beverages, trade in motor vehicles and parts, construction, civil engineering and shipping and forwarding.
Leaders of commerce will also get a chance to engage the delegation at a Business-to-Business (B2B) networking session to explore trade and investment opportunities between Zimbabwe and Singapore. — New Ziana.
