A NORTON-BASED musician, who is living with a disability, is looking for support to pursue his music dreams.
Tawanda Murawu is a 20-year-old musician popularly known as Sekuru Dzvinyu.
Tawanda said his dream is to have a collaboration with Jah Prayzah.
“I love Jah Prayzah music and he is the one who inspired me.
“I want my music to be broadcast on all radio stations, especially on Star FM.
“I have a lot of songs and the one that is well known is Sekuru Dzvinyu Vakapfeka Napukeni,” he said.
Tawanda added:
“People do not want to help me but they use my songs for their funerals.
“I did a remix of the song Dhee Nhanha Dhee and I was surprised to hear it at a funeral.”
Apostle Sosthens Moyo, of the Christ Inspired Family Church, has volunteered to help him.
“I will help Sekuru Dzvinyu to achieve his dreams.
“A lot of people tend to give a blind eye to upcoming artists.
“These young ones need help
“Besides him living with a disability, he is also a human being and needs to be heard by society.”
