In a world that feels like it’s spinning faster every day, from the high cost of living, family pressure to endless notifications, staying calm can feel like a luxury.

As a way of helping people to be able to manage their situation and mental being, Brahma Kumaris decided to host the seminar as a way of teaching those in hard situations to carry a quiet stillness, even in the middle of chaos.

Sister Dipty who has served in many countries, particularly in South America, working with young adults, is expected to guide those who will attend the event to be able to handle emotional stress, connecting with a being (God), as well as fighting depression amongst other topics.

The Brahma Kumaris is a global Organization working towards positive change in individuals and the world.

They offer practical wisdom and Meditation practices rooted in Raja Yoga, aiming to help individuals understand themselves as spiritual beings and connect with their inner potential.

The Organisation offers various courses promoting Positive Thinking, Stress Management and self-esteem.
