Six armed robbers nabbed

Police have arrested six armed robbers and have recovered some of the property they stole.

The six are Richmond Munhundiyani, Ropafadzo Bhero, James Mucheri, Francis Alfandika, Fungai Sithole and Maxwell Tinarwo.

They had been terrorising the Seke and Chitungwiza community.

Crime officer under CID Homicide, Detective Chief Superintendent Alexander Jachi said the six have since appeared in court.

They were remanded in custody and are expected to return on February 24.

He commended members of the public for supplying information which led to the arrest of the six.
