Soma-Phiri returns to Bosso as first team Welfare Manager

Highlanders have announced the appointment of Amin Soma-Phiri as the new First Team Welfare Manager, marking a return to the Bulawayo giants for the former player and coach.

Soma-Phiri, a familiar and respected figure within the Bosso setup, will now focus on player welfare and supporting the off-field needs of the senior squad. The club confirmed the appointment in a statement on Thursday and expressed confidence in his ability to make a positive impact in the role.
“We warmly welcome him back to the Highlanders family and wish him every success in his new role,” read the club statement.
