Southern Region five-a-side League fixtures released

THE 2017 Southern Region Five Aside League action is now set to kick off on 29 April amid revelations that the clubsa�� registration deadline, which was initially set for 30 March, has been deferred by a month.

The league games were previously scheduled to start last weekend.

a�?We are glad to announce that our tentative fixtures programme is now out. From the 12 clubs we had last season, eight have already registered for the 2017 season. As such, the cluba��s registration deadline which was initially set for 30 March has been moved to end of April.A� Our league action is set to resume on 29 April,a�? said Southern Region Five Aside League chairman Philani Banda.

Clubs that have already registered for the 2017 are Amabhubesi, Black Stars, Bulawayo Artists, Cash Money, Fox FC, Flying Stars, Street Set and Nust.

Week One action will see Amabhubesi take on Fox while Black Stars do battle against Flying Stars. Bulawayo Artistes will start their campaign with a game against Street Set. Cash Money will square it off against Nust.

Week Two Fixtures

Fox v Black Stars, Flying Stars v Amabhubesi, Street Set v Cash Money, Nust v Bulawayo Artists.

Week Three

Amabhubesi v Nust, Black Stars v Street Set, Bulawayo Artists v Fox , Cash Money v Flying Stars

Week Four

Flying Stars v Bulawayo Artists, Street Set v Amabhubesi, Nust v Black Stars, Fox FC V Cash Money

Week Five

Bulawayo Artists v Flying Stars, Amabhubesi v Street Set, Black Stars v Nust, Cash Money v Fox
