CHICKEN Inn forward Michael Charamba says he wants to take his goal tally into double figures with his team finishing strongly in the league championship’s final stretch.

The Gamecocks will host TelOne at Luveve on Saturday, in the week they beat Dynamos 1-0 at Rufaro.

Charamba has scored five goals so far this season.

“We are looking to finish strongly as a club.

“The season did not go as well as we would have wanted but we are still pushing.

“We believe we have the talent and quality to compete with all other teams.

“I am looking forward to adding to my goal tally into double figures in the remaining matches.

“Each time I go on the pitch, representing the club, I feel honoured.

“The club supported me and believed in me when I needed them the most after l was injured and many would have thrown me under the bus but they stood with me.”

He added:

“I think I have everything I need to become the best player I can be and that’s why I’m happy to continue playing here week-in-week-out as I look forward to continuing to contribute to the team positively.

“I believe we can achieve big things at the club.”
