Spirit Led Music hosts a concert

GOSPEL Music lovers in Bulawayo are in for a treat this weekend as the Spirit Led musical group is hosting a worship concert on Saturday at the Heaven on Earth Church in Cowdray Park suburb.

The event is titled the “Atmosphere of worship” and is set to bring gospel lovers from all over the city.

The host of the event, gospel artist Freeman Ngwarati popularly known as Minister Freeman said their goal is to spread the gospel through music.

“The goal of the worship event is to advance the kingdom of God and this is after we realised that a number of people prefer attending worship sessions rather than church. Given this, we decided to host a worship session to ensure that the gospel reaches a number of people,” he said.

Ngwarati indicated that their line-up will include a number of upcoming artists in the city.

“The concert is also meant to give exposure to a number of talented musicians in the city. We have artists like Minister James Mathilaya, Minister Marvellous, Nkosazana YaseAfrica, Minister Jordan, the Spirit Led group and others,” he said.

He stated that he hopes that in the years to come the group will grow and become a nationally recognised musical group.

“In the years to come, my hope is that the musical group will grow to become a national brand that has a great impact on the lives of a lot of people,” he said.
