LOVERS are in for a treat with the National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ) running a steam train revelry on the day after Valentine’s Day to give lovers an experience to cuddle and show love on the wheels.

It’s that time of the year when lovers share priceless moments together, sharing gifts, laughter and joy. This year, cards have changed as ladies will be put to the test to be the ones spoiling their man crush, as this is a once-in-four years occurrence since it’s a leap year.

Unlike when it is not a leap year, men have a troublesome month coming from January disease fever to plan on how they can pamper their loved ones.

“With this year’s Valentine’s Day falling on a Friday, NRZ has decided to run the steam train on Saturday to give as many lovers as possible a chance to express their affection for each other in a relaxed environment,” said NRZ public relations manager, Nyasha Maravanyika who said it in a Press statement.

The train will be leaving Bulawayo for Figtree at 9am, and come back at 3pm, giving fun lovers a three-hour excursion at the countryside atmosphere of Redwood.

Fares are pegged at $275 for adults and $140 for children who opt for the First Class, $240 for adults and $110 for children in dining cars and $190 for adults and $90 for children in economy class coaches.
