Wellington Mafuva has a good heart, thataï¿½ï¿½s why whenever Tongai Chingwa has problems with his wife, he takes her in.

But Chingwa does not take kindly to that because whenever he meets Mafuva he attacks him.

It has gotten to a point whereby Mafuva no longer has peace in his life. Whenever he walks on the streets be it at night or afternoon he has to be extra vigilantAï¿½ because he is on Chingwaaï¿½ï¿½s hit list.

aï¿½?We go to the same church with Chingwaaï¿½ï¿½s wife and I accommodated her after she came to my house saying her husband had chased her away. Considering that she is my brethren and comes from the same rural area with my wife, I allowed her to stay with us as she needed time to arrange before leaving for her rural home,aï¿½? Mafuva said in court where he sought a protection order.

Since the day in question, Chingwa became a thorn in Mafuvaaï¿½ï¿½s flesh, whenever they meet he attacks him with stones.

In response, Chingwa confirmed the allegations.

aï¿½?My wife is always running away from me going to stay with Mafuva. I am not happy and he should not accommodate her,aï¿½? he said.

The application was granted by magistrate Tancy Dube ordering Chingwa not to go to applicantaï¿½ï¿½s houseAï¿½ and not to verbally or physically abuse him. .
