HIP-HOP sensation, Holy Ten, says he will not be drawn into wild speculation about the illness troubling Seh Calaz and, instead, he is pleading with the public to give the Zimdancehall star the privacy and support he deserves in his battle for recovery.
Seh Calaz has lost a lot of weight and last week he confirmed he was not feeling well.
Holy Ten told H-Metro he has been receiving calls from his fans who want to know what is really troubling Seh Calaz.
“I have known Seh Calaz for a while and people have been asking me about my thoughts on what is really happening to him.
“I advise people not to judge quickly.”
Holy Ten spoke to H-Metro in central Harare where he was mingling with his fans at the corner of Jason Moyo and Third Street.
Scores of fans were excited about seeing him in person and scrambled for selfies. Holy Ten then jumped into a police truck and greeted and hugged the officers.
“We should never be afraid of the police,” he told H-Metro.
“They are employed to take care of us. Feel secure when you meet them, as they are our public servants and our officers.
“Let us work together with them for our benefit.
“Report any law violations, we condemn all forms of violence and that includes gender-based violence.”
Asked what he really wanted to see this year, Holy Ten said:
“Kubatsirana, let’s help each other in whatever circumstances. If we unite our challenges will be resolved by common sense, zvichango maker sense kana tikazviyita tese.
“If we wholeheartedly unite, we can achieve something good, something best for our country.”
Last week, SEH CALAZ confirmed that he was not feeling well.
“Handisi kukwanisa kudaira msg and calls, fon yacho ikurema. Moyondizvo variko munotendwa Mabhanditi.
“Chigulani kuda kuchena.
“Kungoti zvaizvezvi bhachi riri kurwadza kunge ririkurema #OneBhangwela.
“Bhanditi renyika, nyama dzirikurwadza amana, vamwe vakati taster nemaziso vamwewo nemaziviro avanotiita asi kune vaneruzivo nema Acids and Ulcers vanokudza hapana musiyano ihuku nemazai.
“Hama dzangu masinhi ayo arikuda kundisakadza.
“Huku yepa Christmas chaiyo pane vaibheja kuti ndaisafanirwa kuidya asi nemunamato takaipfura, been trying to be strong festive season ndichiuya kubasa randakapikira kuzokuroverai mangoma like everything is okay asi zvairema.
“Ndakakupihwai hangu naMwari. Tine connection yatinayo, vazhinji venyu munozvinzwa or kuzviona kuti aiwa uyu haasiriye Tawanda wedu.”
Ace music promoter, Partson “Chipaz” Chimbodza, also asked fans not to sepculate wildly about what was haunting Seh Calaz.
“To me, what he publicly said is exactly what he confidentially told me before he publicly said it.
“It really disturbs me when people want to put their own versions instead of wishing him well.
“I have done events with him that he braved to perform yet he wasn’t feeling well. Any disease can attack anyone but we leave it to his Almighty God and He is the creator.
“He is also the creator of the ugly and the beautiful hence we say all problems that come upon us, God is the Healer and he is the Saviour and to Calaz I want to say get well soon.
“Just know that life has no syllabus, we may plan but God has His plan and this is a phase it will pass.”
