Studio in search for female singer

In an interview recently, manager of the Bulawayo studios Brian Kyle said they were looking for talented female musicians in the city.

“We are looking for young female artistes from around Bulawayo, because we have noticed that females are very much under-represented in Bulawayo’s entertainment circles. We would like all female artistes that feel they have what it takes to come forward,” said Kyle.

He said the studios had already unearthed one female Kwaito artiste, Kasi P, whose real name is Sandisiwe Vuyisiwe Dube. He said she had already put up wonderful performances in the few shows that she held under the studios banner.

“We have managed to sign Kasi P who has managed to give a good account of herself in the few performances that she has had. She performed at the recent Dan Tshanda show and earned good reviews from those present,” said Kyle.

In addition to female artistes at the stable, Kyle said the studios had brought in another producer, DJ Wexy, real name Wesley Siziba. Kyle said Wexy was one of the best producers at the moment.
