THE Zimbabwe National Soccer Supporters Association have thanked Brian Banda for the memories he left.

The former FC Platinum captain, who has been laid to rest at West Park Cemetery in Bulawayo, died in a car accident.

The association was represented by vice chairperson Lyn Green, who said they feel robbed after the untimely death of the midfielder who was excelling in football.

“We are saddened by the death of Banda as supporters as he was part of the national team and we rallied behind him. Go well Warrior, you played your part and we will always remember you for the good deeds,” said Green.

Zimbabwe Soccer Supporters Association president Todd Dzvangajuru said it is a great loss as Banda was a great talent.

“We are at a loss of words on the sudden passing. He played his part and our hearts is with the loss and we are mourning with his family,’ said Dzvangajuru.
