CELEBRATED visual artist, Moffat Takadiwa, is living his dream as he continues to showcase his art collections across the globe.
Last week, Takadiwa of Mbare Art Space, Harare, visited the Cantor Art Space at Stanford University in the US.
The former Harare Polytechnic student, who uses recycled material in most of his art collections, has defied the odds by conquering the world artistically.
In his appreciation post, Takadiwa expressed his delight as he wrapped up his US tour on a high note.

After the US tour, Moffat will proceed to Paris, France for another exhibition at Semiose Gallery.
He will be showcasing his works alongside Asami Shoji. Takadiwa’s exhibition dubbed “The Reverse Deal” will take centre stage together with Shoji’s “Much Ado About Nothing” this Saturday.
This particular exhibition runs from 11 am to 8 pm. The award-winning visual artist is also expected to showcase the “Kore Kore Handwriting III, 2023” exhibition.
Takadiwa, whose art collections are also showing at the 60th International Art Exhibition in Venice, has had a busy year touring the world.
Dubbed “World Cup of Visual Arts”, the exhibition, which ends in November, attracts thousands of art collectors around the world.
At this global exhibition, Takadiwa’s works are also going to be shown at the Zimbabwe Pavillion along with other locals comprising Kombo Chapfika, Moffat Takadiwa, Troy Makakaza, Victor Nyakauru, Gillian Rosselli, and Sekai Machache.
Other artworks being shown at the main pavilion are for Doreen Sibanda, Josiah Manzi, Kudzanai Chiurai, Shalom Kufakwatenzi, and Taylor Nkomo’s.
