Adachi 0-1 Talen Vision
ZIMBABWE Football Association (Zifa) Southern Region Division One side, Talen Vision’s head coach Miroslav Miro believes his side will not pay too much attention to yesterday’s one-nil victory over Adachi FC at Luveve Stadium in Bulawayo.

The two buoyant sides were separated by a second-half Mthokozisi Matshazi strike. The win took the Filabusi-based Talen Vision to 13 points on the league standings.

Matshazi got the ball on the break just outside the box and made a solo run into the box before firing home.

Talen Vision went into the match in high spirits after edging Indlovu Iyanyathela in their week four fixture.
The match seemed like it could go either way, however, Matshazi’s moment of brilliance was enough to hand the visitors the bragging rights.

Sitting at the apex of the log, Talen Vision are tied on the same number of points as fellow seasoned campaigners, ZPC Hwange.
Slovakian Miro, said after a hard-fought victory, focus now shifts to the next game as they are taking it one match at a time.

“I think we played well. It was a tough game. We are playing each game as it comes, we will not be thinking about this game. Now our focus is on our next game,” he said.

Adachi coach Philani “Beefy” Ncube said his charges have to work and pull themselves up from the defeat and focus on the next match as well which will see them breaking into the top four should the results go their way.

“We just have to keep fighting. This is a marathon. If we win next week then we are in the top four.

“People cannot expect a lot from us, remember we are just two months old. But there are a number of positives,” said Ncube.
Adachi boast of a strong technical team that also has legendary former Highlanders goalkeeper Peter “Oxo” Nkomo as well as Johannes Ngodzo.
