A TEACHER yesterday walked out of a meeting with parents who are fuming over a controversial trip.

Admiral Tait Primary School senior teacher, only identified as Gadzikwa, left the meeting unceremoniously after parents demanded to know why their children were taken to one instead of two places during the trip.

The children expected to be ferried in two buses but they were forced into one bus.

“We are aware that teachers have been cashing on trips charging unjustified amount of money.

“You indicated to us that the children were to visit Robert Mugabe International Airport and Mukuvisi Woodlands.

“Our children never visited the airport in your effort to reduce costs.
