Teacher robbed at her gate

A HERENTALS College teacher was robbed of her belongings by a robber at the gate of her house in Emerald Hill on Friday.

Kudzai Pfumo Mavhika (24) was walking home around 8pm when an unidentified man overtook her and waited for her near her gate. 

The man, who was armed with stones, demanded her valuables. 

She surrendered her handbag, containing an Itel cellphone P56s, Itel cellphone S15, US$400, office keys and national ID card.

Harare provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Luckmore Chakanza, confirmed the case and appealed for information that may lead to the arrest of the suspect.
