Teenager (15) forces schoolmates to suck her privates

A GRADE Seven pupil at Odzi Primary School who was in the habit of forcing her junior schoolmates to suck her privates in return for peaches last week appeared in court facing indecent assault charges.

The teenager (15) (name withheld) pleaded guilty to the charge as defined in Section 67 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act.

The teenager appeared before Mutare magistrate, Mr Langton Mukwengi, who suspended sentence for the next two years citing her age.

“The passing of a sentence is hereby suspended for the next two years because the accused is still a juvenile,” said Mr Mukwengi.

Mr Matthew Chimutunga prosecuted.

The court heard that Ndebele abused four girls from her school, one in Grade One and the other three in Grade Two.

Said Mr Chimutunga: “Sometime in December last year, the accused called the three pupils to her parents’ home where she was alone.

“She would call minors into her room one by one, forcing them to lick her private parts, promising to give them peaches if they did what she wanted.

“She repeated this on a few more occasions until one of the children told her parents and a police report was made in January this year. The teenager was subsequently arrested.”

Asked why she had done such a gross act to her juniors in school, the teenager boldly said she blamed her behaviour on the pornography she had watched at her neighbour’s place, adding that she also did it for fun.

“Zvainakidza . . .I went next door where they were watching a DVD of people licking each other. Afterwards I decided to imitate what I had seen on television with the children from my school,” said the teenager.
