At just 17, Buhle Dakwa has a lot of talent, which includes being a poet, novelist, life coach and motivational speaker.
She is also the founder of Buhle Novelties.
The teenager is set to release her third book, a poem anthology titled “Pattern”, co-authored with her business partner Nashe Blakk.
Buhle’s writing career took off when she was 16, with the publication of her debut novel, “The Misadventures of Sophie Johnsons”, under Chances Inc.
Her publisher, Audrey Chirenje, played a pivotal role in her success.
“Audrey supported me morally and assisted me in the book’s release,” Buhle acknowledged.
In addition to her novel, Buhle is a contributing poet to the anthology “Dancing in the Shadows”, published under Chances Inc.
Despite facing discrimination, rejection and having to deal with a tragic incident which nearly claimed her life, Buhle persevered.
As CEO of Buhle Novelties, her goal is to inspire and encourage aspiring writers.
“I forged my brand for the benefit of others.
“Through my organisation, I offer coaching, mentoring and motivational speaking services to help individuals overcome writing challenges and discover their true potential,” she said.
