BRUNO Mtigo and Innocent Muchaneka’s goals made sure TelOne returned to winning ways at Gibbo yesterday.

The 2-1 win comes after TelOne had separated with head coach Herbert Maruwa in the past days following a string of poor results.

It was Mtigo who first gave TelOne the lead in the first half before Muchaneka added a second soon after the breather.

Jayden Bakare scored for the home side as they tried to come back into the game, but Telone managed to hang on.

The win took the midlands team to third from the bottom with six points.

At the bottom of the log is Manica Diamonds with two points while second from bottom is Agama with four points.

For the record, TelOne were the only team among the bottom eight to pick full points in this round of matches.
