All is set for the repatriation of the body of former Warriors forward, Tendai Ndoro, who passed away on August 18 in South Africa.
The late Ndoro’s body is expected to arrive at Joshua Nqabuko Nkomo International Airport at midday from South Africa, where funeral arrangements will proceed in honour of the late striker’s contribution to Zimbabwean football.

FAMILY members of the late footballer Tendai Ndoro have arrived at Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport ahead of the arrival of his body.
Joining them at the airport are prominent figures from the football community, including Zenzo Moyo, Herbert Dick, Lloyd Munhanga, and Blessing Mbandwa, among others.

It was greeted by mourners who sang in celebration of his life.
The heartfelt songs and tributes reflected the deep respect and admiration held for Ndoro, honouring his legacy both on and off the football field.
The gathering at the airport marked the beginning of a series of memorial events to commemorate the late footballer’s contributions and impact.
Ndoro’s body to be taken to family residence

The body of the late Tendai Ndoro is currently at Doves Funeral Parlour. From there, it will be taken to the Ndoro family residence in Nketa 8, where mourners have gathered to pay their last respects.
On Saturday midday, hundreds of people welcomed the remains of the former Warriors international at Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport in Bulawayo.

Ndoro, who passed away on Monday at the age of 40 in his Sandton apartment, is scheduled to be laid to rest at West Park Cemetery on Sunday.
During his professional football career, Ndoro represented clubs including Mpumalanga Black Aces, Ajax Cape Town, and Saudi Arabian side Al-Faisaly.
