FORMER Chicken Inn striker Tendai Ndoro ran amok on Wednesday night with a hat-trick for his Absa Premiership outfit Orlando Pirates as they beat Golden Arrows 3-1.

Ndoro’s devastating strikes condemned fellow countrymen Kudakwashe Mahachi and Danny Phiri to a losing start to the 2016/17 season at a night that saw Phiri, the reigning Castle Lager Premier Soccer League Soccer Star of the Year make his Absa Premiership debut.

The three former Chicken Inn stars all played well for their teams, Mahachi and Phiri enjoying the whole 90 minutes of play while Ndoro was replaced by Ayanda Nkosi two minutes before full-time but he had already done enough damage to see him rightfully earn the Man of the Match award.

Ndoro’s goals came five minutes from the breather, the second in the 67th minute with his third coming 15 minutes before full-time.
