THE country’s busiest land border town Beitbridge will be the place to be as it hosts one of the current affluent gigs in the music industry.
Contemporary music superstar Jah Prayzah has over the past few months introduced what he has coined as “The Jah Experience, where hosts a show to mingle and perform for his fans.
On Friday August 14, he will be in the border town where he is expected to serenade fans throughout the night heading to the wee hours of Saturday.
Coming from a superb display in Chitungwiza where he was supported by Killer Tee and Freeman among others, Jah Prayzah is expected to leave an indelible mark in Beitbridge.
As a maiden show in the Matabeleland region, the show is expected to attract hundreds of people from places that include Bulawayo, Gwanda, Esigodini, Zvishavane, Filabusi and even in neighbouring Messina in South Africa.
For nearly two decades, Jah Prayzah has remained relevant in an industry where many musicians struggle to produce even a handful of memorable songs.
He has consistently reinvented himself without abandoning the sound that made him a household name.
His music has crossed generations, appealing to children, young adults and older fans alike, while also earning respect beyond Zimbabwe’s borders. His performances have become synonymous with professionalism.
