It is that time of the year when schools are more active in competitive sporting activities with the aim of winning trophies and prizes.

Warren Park 5 Primary School recently held its interhouse competition in which teams Chaminuka, Kaguvi, Nehanda and Monomutapa took part.

Chaminuka house came out the winners for the day with Takudzwa Bakasa, Belinda Zhanda, Tinotenda Mukarakate and Natasha Chiparamazhani who had a spectacular performance for the winning team.

Sports director Mr Chikwetu said the event went on well without any disturbances with children having all their effort in cheering their team representatives to take the first position.

Many schools around the country have for the past weeks been holding interhouse competitions. – CLSPORTZONE.
