They say your university years are the best of your life — and they certainly can be!
But we would argue that failing, being an exhausted, constantly hungover student comes with its challenges.
I always throw some tantrums at fellow students that some of them still have brand new brains, they haven’t worked.
My view is that laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired and this is very common with most students, they want to rest before they even start.
When we are all born, we are born with brand new brains, unused ones but as we grow, they should start working but many of us even get up to 20s with brand new brains.
We ought to use our brains rather than remain lazy.
Any student who reads too much and uses their own brain too little falls into lazy habits of thinking.
We should be frightened by not using whatever abilities we were given.
Lazy students should learn a lesson from the way ants live. They have no leader, chief, or ruler, but they store up their food during the summer, getting ready for winter. How long is the student going to lie in bed?
When is he or she ever going to get up?
“I’ll just take a short nap,” he says; “I’ll fold my hands and rest a while.” But while he sleeps, time will be moving.
I just borrowed this message from Proverbs 6:6-11 just to illustrate my point.
One of the commonest things at college is laziness coupled with other factors.
Some students do not want to work, read and show commitment to their work. The danger of such students will be seen at work places.
It’s a time bomb. The rate at which a student works at college mostly determines who they will do in the professional field.
Well we cannot rule out the prospects of luck and opportunities.

The moment you get in an exam, we all have marks— high or low, it’s up to you to take it from there, to shape up or to sink but many of us decide to sink.
Many students as I write this day, have many failed modules and I bet the big number did not perform well and they always regret.
No one should fail at college but it’s us to blame.
The devil is evil; ancestral spirits may not be happy about our progress, but at times we are just the ones to blame.
You are not dull, you are not poor academically but you are lazy.
We have fellow students who are not even worried about meeting deadlines while still having time to party at college.
The saddest part about laziness is that it allows you to do other things apart from academic stuff.
Do the best you can until you know better.
