THEY thought he was American rapper 50 Cent!
That’s the brutal reaction from some people who have sided with philandering UK-based Zimbabwean man, Daniel “Danny” Muparagwa.
Daniel allegedly conned both single and married women.
The revelations have been met with mixed reactions on social media.
One striking response, among those who are blaming the women who fell into his trap, claimed they thought Daniel was 50 Cent.
“Haaaaaa, vachinyanya kuti mukaona mu face achiita kunge 50 Cents, mobva manakirwa monyudzwa shuwa,” said Ali Dallas Mandebvu.
Daniel would allegedly propose to targeted women, and then trick them into giving him money, by creating non-existent emergencies.
He allegedly invested the money in developing his Zimbabwean projects, which he showed off on Facebook.
He was exposed by one, Vimbai Chimbumu, who went on Facebook Live at his house, after a clash with another woman at the place.
Daniel had invited Vimbai to his place following a whirlwind four-month romance.
In her Facebook Live recording on August 13, several women bombarded Vimbai’s inbox lamenting how they also fell victim to Daniel’s scams.
Some Facebook users blasted Daniel for taking advantage of the women, while others hailed him and, instead, lambasted the women for falling prey to his trickery.
