“We were together in the struggle, although he went to war before us. We have worked together since those days.

“His leadership skills as a commander and military strategist will produce good results for the country as a Vice-President.

“He is somebody who has been in command and that’s leadership. So, he has been there before and he can deliver. “He is a competent cadre who is tried and tested.

“I am sure he will deliver. I am confident that the results will come. “The good thing is that the two VPs also worked together for a long time. I think this is going to make a good team.”
