A THREE-month-old baby has been kidnapped in a saloon in the Harare Central Business District (CBD).
The baby has been missing since December 24.
Pamhidzai Makuwe, of Glen View, was last seen ferried by a woman who was accompanying her mother to a saloon at Market Square.
Pamhidzai’s mother claims that she had met the woman two days before Christmas as she was assisting her with the kid’s eye problem and they developed a short friendship.
The woman then took Mai Pamhidzai to a saloon to have their hair done in preparation for Christmas before she disappeared with her baby.
Pamhidzai’s mother said:
“We reported the matter to the police and they gave us a reference number.
“Anyone with information of Pamhidzai’s whereabouts can contact her 0786 904 161.”
