Tony Grin affirms Zim Hip-Hop’s enduring presence with new album

ZIM hip-hop artist Tony Grin confidently stated that Zim Hip-Hop is here to stay in the aftermath of the release of his first 10-track album, titled Love.

Grin’s latest musical offering delves deep into the realms of romance, relationships, and personal growth, with each track encapsulating heartfelt emotions and experiences.

The solo produced album is fused with RnB, Soul and experimental vocals.

Speaking about the album’s significance, Tony Grin said:

With Love, I wanted to create an authentic representation of the emotions we all go through in relationships.

“It’s about vulnerability, growth, and the rollercoaster of feelings that come with love. I believe this album showcases the versatility and artistic depth of Zim Hip-Hop.

“Zim Hip-Hop has grown by leaps and bounds over the years. We have incredibly talented artists who are pushing boundaries and creating unique sounds.

“The industry is evolving, and the audience is embracing the diversity of our music.

“Therefore, hip-hop is here to stay.

“Collaboration and support are crucial for our growth. We need to uplift each other and work together to amplify our voices and showcase the immense talent we have in Zimbabwe.”
