Triangle salvage point

TRIANGLE managed to rescue a point at home when they shared the spoils with Monomotapa in a Castle Lager Premiership match at Gibbo yesterday.

The point gained was valuable for Gishon Ntini who had presided over three defeats in their previous games.

David Sengu equalised for Triangle in the 22nd minute before they took the lead when Richard Kawondera scored in the 48th minute.

But Monoz came from behind to snatch a point when they scored with about five minutes before the end of the match.

Isheal Lawe and Charles Rukwani were on target for the visitors.
At the end of the match, Triangle coach Ntini was pleased with the point at home. “I think we played very well at considering that we had been losing the previous matches.
