The Heineken Trophy Tour made its highly anticipated stop in Vic Falls, turning the tourist hotspot into a buzzing football carnival. Star-struck fans scrambled for selfies, autographs, and a chance to lay eyes (and hands!) on the cup that Europe’s elite have battled for.
The visit marks a major win for sports tourism in Zimbabwe, as the world’s eyes briefly zoom in on the majestic Falls.
And for a few lucky fans in Vic Falls, dreams came true — they got to meet a football king and see the crown.
