Trucker fatally knocks down boy (7)

Acting police spokesperson for Matabele­land South Province, Sergeant Loveness Mangena, said yesterday that they had since charged the truck driver with culpable homi­cide.
She said the driver Samuel Mpofu, employed by Colbro Transport was driving towards Mbalabala towing two empty trail­ers.
“When he got near the 196 km peg along the same road, he spotted five juveniles who were walking towards Mbalabala on the right side of the road.
“They (children) then suddenly crossed the road from the right side and Mpofu failed to stop resulting in him knocking down the now deceased Zenzo Siziba.
