Tuna fish salad

THIS tuna fish is best served on top of a green salad or between two pieces of bread with fresh lettuce. Sprinkle a little paprika on top to add a little flavour and colour.

Ingredients

One (five ounce) canned tuna, drained;

Half cup mayonnaise;

Quarter cup chopped celery;

Quarter cup chopped onion;

One tablespoon chopped fresh parsley;

Half teaspoon lemon juice;

Quarter teaspoon garlic powder;

One-eighth teaspoon salt;

One-eighth teaspoon ground black pepper;

One pinch paprika, or to taste.

Directions

  1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Season with paprika; and refrigerate until chilled. —allrecipes
