Two Gweru city council plumbers die in manhole

Two Gweru City Council plumbers died this afternoon after they were chocked by gasses from a manhole they were working in.
The two were attending to a major blockage.
Police confirmed the tragic incident which occcured this afternoon in Athlone surbub.
When Herald arrived at the scene, scores of residents and council officials were gathered at the scene.
The two bodies of the council plumbers a male and a female had been retrieved from the manhole which was still emitting pungent gasses.
