The Harare Province Rugby league will this weekend enter the business end of the season, with play-off spots dominating the conversations of most ties.
All matches will be held at Old Georgians Sports Club, Saturday, and action kicks off at 10am.
As the Paramount Garments U-20 League enters its final stages, FS Raiders remains the only undefeated team in the women’s category, and will mostly likely be chasing the perfect season.
Their clash against Old Georgians will shape the semi-final fixtures and could end up as dress rehearsals for the actual final.
On the opposite end of the table XP Horns and Zimbiru will scrap it out to avoid the wooden spoon.
After last round’s action, Raiderz enter this weekend’s action on pole position with 15 points from three matches, while Harare Sports Club and Old Georgians (OGs) follow with 14 and 12 points respectively.
Horns (1) and Zimbiru (0) round off the table.
Harare Sports Club have a bye, as Horns and Zimbiru clash, while OGS host leaders Raiders.
In the U-20 Division 1, an epic top-of-the-table clash awaits when FS Raiders and Mabvuku meet.
This will go a long way to determine the champions, who will in turn play a relegation play-off against the bottom team from the Paramount Garments U-20 Premiership.
XP Horns will clash with a fresh Marondera Talons, who have had a couple weekends off.
The Paramount Garments U-20 Premiership will see the log leaders, Pitbulls, take a break, which will in turn open the door for Old Georgians to close the gap.
Pitbulls top the table with 20 points from four matches, closely followed by OGs (14), ASC (9), Southern City and Harare Sports Club both on five points.
Old Hararians anchor the table and are yet to get off the mark, points wise.
ASC still have an outside chance of making it into the final rounds and will need to win handsomely against whipping boys Old Hararians.
In the other games, Old Georgians square up against Southern City in the main game of the day.The match kicks off at 3.30pm.
