UNITED Nations Special Rapporteur in the field of Cultural Rights, Ms Alexandra Xanthaki, paid a courtesy call on Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri at her offices in Harare on Monday morning.
During her visit, Ms Xanthaki is expected to meet representatives from Government, public institutions, international organisations, local authorities, civil society, non-governmental organisations, academia, artists and other cultural practitioners, including marginalised groups.
She is also scheduled to travel to Bulawayo, Binga and Victoria Falls, where she will visit various cultural heritage sites and meet traditional leaders and communities.
