Mariga.
Ms Mariga sentenced him to 15 months in prison, but conditionally set aside three months for the next five years.
Another six months were suspended on condition he restitutes Charles Taurai of US$4 993 before the end of this month.
Agreed facts were that on July 25, Dhlora was issued with 5 428 recharge cards to sell in Chivhu.
It was agreed that he would surrender the money to Celzon Investments at Makoni in Chitungwiza.
He signed for these and left.
The conditions were that he would cash the money on a weekly basis and get card resupply.
But a week later, he failed to bring the money.
On August 15, Dhlora was called to the Celzon offices where he was questioned.
He failed to account for both the money and the recharge cards.
This prompted Taurai to file a report leading to his arrest.
