adminIt is alleged that on May 21 the man approached the girl who was sitting at the Old Fantasy land building in the city centre at around 11pm and sweet talked her to accompany him to Harare Gardens. Police reports indicate that the girl complied and they both went together to the Harare Gardens.
When they reached the Harare Gardens at around 12 midnight it is alleged that the man forcibly dragged the minor into a nearby toilet and raped her.
It is alleged that the girl screamed out for help prompting two men who were passing by to rush into the toilet to check what was happening.
Upon entering the toilet the two men found the vagrant raping the minor.After dragging him outside the toilet the two men quickly took the vagrant and the minor to Harare Central Police station. The man was immediately arrested.
