Varsity student guilty

Mudzongachiso of assaulting Mr Clover Nyamukapa.
He accused Mr Nyamukapa of closing the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Masvingo Polytechnic early this year.
Tiringindi through his lawyer Mr Collin Maboke of Mwonzora and Associates had denied ever assaulting Mr Nyamukapa. He said he was arrested by police officers while waiting at the Masvingo Polytechnic gate with the intention of getting inside.
Tiringindi further submitted that he had only wanted to ask Mr Nyamukapa about the closure of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the polytechnic.
He claimed that he had been approached by students at the college for assistance.
