Victims recovering

Inspector Tadius Chibanda said investigations on the case were still in progress. Mutizwa (55) shot and killed himself early Tuesday morning after injuring Thandiwe and Nyarai with the same gun in Waterfalls following a dispute sparked by the turning down of his love proposal by the younger sister.  Mutizwa, the director of Millennium Advertising

Company, died after he shot himself once on the forehead, while Thandiwe and Nyarai sustained several wounds on their bodies.

Sources close to the family yesterday said Mutizwa had another wife and they were shocked to learn that he had been proposing to Nyarai.

“On several occasions, we heard that Nyarai had been complaining to Thandiwe about the proposals which were being made by Mutizwa,” said the sources.
